FAQ

How do I apply?

1. To apply you have click on the Get Started button. You will be redirected to a page were you will be required to enter your NRC Number(Local Applicants) or Passport(International Applicants)

2. If you had registered before you will be redirected to a page where you will be required to enter an OTP that will be sent to your email address or sms

(Note: email or sms will be sent to the registered email address or phone number).

3. If you are a new applicant you will be redirected to a page were you will be required to enter your personal details.

4. Then after you will have to fill in your education details. if you have none. choose an option [SKIP] on the education data option box. Then afer you will be redirected to a page with the current intakes available select the intake of your preference. A page with the courses you wish to enroll in will be desplayed select your prefered selections and apply.

How do I apply for a Short Course Program?

You follow the steps highlighted in [How Do I Apply?] question. Then on the Intakes page select an intake that has short courses (Usually its indicated in the Intake discription) the on the selection page select the mode of study [Short Courses] Then Select the program you wish to enroll in

Is there an application fee?

Application Fee is ZMK 165.00 for all programs except short courses.

What documents do I need to submit with my application?

You will need a National Registration Card (NRC) or Passport for International Students.

A Grade 12 Certificate with atleast 6 subjects with Credits or better is a must for Local Applicants except for Short Courses.

For International applicants an equivallent relavant certificate is required.

Can I check the status of my application online?

Of Course. You will need to follow steps 1 and 2 in the [How Do I Apply?] question. after loging in you will be redirected to a page where you will view all your application and their statuses. Will be also able to make necessary action applying to your application. Ensure you pay for your application only using the instructions we provide via school pay, mobile money or bank deposit. Our systems have been integrated with payment a gateway to help pay the easy way. Lean more about payment gateways
